Charlton Hall is a private Grade II* listed, 18th century hall located within a private 150-acre country estate along the Northumberland coast.

A marriage of decadent relics and modern art, the house that plays with the rules; Charlton Hall is more than just a venue, it’s a facilitator of memories and a promoter of creativity. Set over three floors, Charlton Hall is made up of a library, drawing room, breakfast room, two bars and underground vaults. Located to the side of the Main House through our wonderful courtyard is the ceremony room adorned in fairy lights creating the perfect backdrop for you to say your vows. Our brand-new adjoining glass structure ‘The Looking Glass’ frames uninterrupted views of the Hall’s country estate and provides your guests with the ultimate wow factor. Charlton Hall is capable of accommodating up to 140-day guests and 200 evening guests.

After dancing the night away in The Looking Glass, residents of the Hall can venture down to The Vaults – our private underground speakeasy for your nearest and dearest to continue their celebrations into the early hours.
