At Bijou Bridal Boutique we have made it our mission to offer brides a gorgeous selection of fashion forward British Bridal Designer bridalwear including an award winning collection of Bridesmaids dresses and leading British Accessory brands. Since the boutique’s establishment back in 2014, we have always had a great love affair with British Bridal Design and our brides love it too!
What to expect? The bride and her bridal party can expect a completely private bridal appointment and receive the very best customer care while searching for the most emotive dress she will undoubtedly ever wear. There are no multiple changing rooms here! It is an incredibly exciting and often daunting journey to find ‘The One’ and we pride ourselves on giving each bride a very special welcome as soon as she enters our boutique located in Holmfirth, West Yorkshire.
As well as exclusive use of our beautiful modern boutique for the duration of the appointment, our service doesn’t end there! From the moment the bride says ‘Yes’ to the perfect dress right up until she collects it for her wedding day, she is our number one priority in making her journey with us as seamless and as special as it can possibly be.

Kerensa is absolutely fabulous. Her level of customer service is outstanding. From the moment I sent a Facebook message requesting an appointment she has exceeded all expectations. She responds quickly and is very knowledgeable and accommodating. The boutique is stunning and me and my closest were made to feel very welcome on our first visit. Nothing was too much trouble. She spent as much time as I needed trying on dresses and accessories. Having left not finding ‘the one’ she had sent a beautiful email the same afternoon offering to help me continue searching. She believed in finding me the perfect dress and was willing to go the extra mile. She kindly got alternative dresses in for me to try and spent a second appointment advising and helping me. In the end she has helped me design my own bespoke dress which is just a dream come true. Being with her in the boutique is just a wonderful experience. But once the dress is chosen the personal touches and superb service does not stop. She cannot do enough for you and all the special extras just make buying through her an experience I advise all brides to have. I’m yet to get my dress delivered, or choose my accessories, but I cannot wait to spend more time there with Kerensa. I have not come across anyone like her in my search for ‘The Dress’ x

I came to Kerensa with a specific type of dress in mind and right away she picked out a selection of beautiful gowns that were all serious contenders. There is no shortage of variety, that's for sure. We were met with a super warm welcome to the beautiful boutique and looked after like VIPs. Watch out for the prettiest tea set you've ever seen too! Kerensa’s knowledge, expertise and attention to detail made the whole experience so enjoyable and I’m ever so grateful for her patience whilst I took my time making such a big decision. Kerensa went the extra mile when I was looking for reassurance about the fit of the dress my heart was set on - ordering in a smaller sample size for a second try - after which I absolutely said Yes to a Bijou Dress!! In a sea of bridal wear shops Kerensa’s little chocolate box shop is a perfectly formed desert island- Her attention to detail is second to none and her attentive and gentle nature is exactly what you want when looking for the perfect gown or accessories- She listens very carefully to your needs and brings out suggestions accordingly- there is no rush or hard sell- She is genuinely as excited about your day as you and no request is too big or too small....
I didn’t get my dress from there in the end as I’d seen my perfect dress somewhere else but I did get the most beautiful bespoke pair of shoes made by Harriet Wilde after having had the opportunity to meet the design team in the shop- Kerensa has gone above and beyond to help me in sorting out the perfect accessories for my day and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone and everyone....
